Dear sir, I did apply for a plot in VIVEK VIHAR scheme of JDA Jodhpur. For this I submited completed application form no 005682along with a DD of Rs-5000, bank of PNB NAGAUR. I could not got a plot in the lottery. But I have not received my refund of application... TII DATE PLEASE UP DATE ...
