Modem is not working

SOUTH BALANDA. i purchase a lenovo desktop model 5311-4DQ on the month of oct. i never use the modem yet but now when i need i install the modem driver but the modem is not detectting. even i see in the device manager but the modem is detect. so i go for a complain ...
