TECHNICIAN ATTENDANCE (EXPECTED DATE): WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. NUMBER OF PHONE CALLS MADE TO DIFFERENT: UNBELIEVABLE BRANCHES INCLUDING CUSTOMER CARE. AS of today no technician has attended the call.
