This is supposely a non-profit. I had a child who participated in this year's competition. There was a $40.00 sign-up fee. You had to pay for pictures. Parents paid between $65.00 & $185.00 for ads. Some of us paid for more then one ad. The programs were poor quality. You could not make out the ...
