We have purchased 3 flats with Lodha CASA RIO last year in Sept i.e. Nyasia D101, Nyasia D 104 and Nyasia C101. The payment towards the down payment was completed in one go for Nyasia D104 and C 101 but for D101 we paid them in installments as the construction was suppose to start only in 2011 ...
