The staff at Mahalakshmi Enterprises who are dealers for BPCL, are incompetent to say the least. The phone keeps ringing, nobody bothers to answer (I have seen this first hand), the system they have (BSNL from what I heard) was not functioning on both days I went. The staff there is rude and ...
