I have to transfer my meter from Builder's name to my Name. MSEB is asking Rs. 1000/- and name transfer charges, is that charges of Rs. 1000/- is correct. My builder must have paid the deposit while getting meter from MSEB, then why should we pay again to MSEB for transfering the metter. Pl clarify. ...
