Mtnl 495 combo pack
Speed problem!!! 1
I have mtnl broad band connection for internet (Rs 495 combo pack)... according to the scheme of plan my download speed must be 250 kbps (kilo bytes)... but it hardly reaches 40... please help me out :((( ...
