MTNL Speed Problem
I am having an mtnl triband connection since last 4 moths and i not getting the speed of transfer of even 10kb i getting my download speed just 5kbps and i am really tired of it. I am being visiting mtnl telephone exchange since last 2 months but there has been no reply they has not solved my issue ...
