Axis Bank - Ditching the Customer by not informing change in int rate
Dear Sir/Madam, I know that what is the EMI for my Bank Loan No.245010600051916. But is it was not duty of the Bank to inform me that my tenure will increase or increasing in EMI? Since last 10 months interest rates are increasing but no letter/sms or call from Axis Bank..and if this is happening ...
