Credent Technologies Pvt. Ltd Is a belgaun Based Company has office at new panvel Mumbai & also registered with Mumbai ROC having Pan No “ AACCC8916A” AND CIN NO. “ U31909MH2006PTC164763” Having Five Directors 1. Nimitt Chaitanya Bhatt (Din No. 00393514), 2. Bibdu Chaitanya Bhatt (Din No. 00401602) 3. Riddhi Chaitanya Bhatt (Din No. 00401879) 4. Abhay Shrikrishna Satawe (Din No. 03037297) and 5. Dattatray (Rajan) Balighate (din No 03058135) is a fraud company. Who has appointed me as a “ C & F “ for Bhopal on 27/03 by agreement and has taken a Refundable Security deposit of Rs. 10 lacs with promise of many attractive commission and incentive conditions.
Company has closed its MP office and change all phone numbers of directors and also address of all directors and company office which shown in ROC so that no body can contact them. Now the company is neither refunding the SD, Commission etc nor doing business through me. Company has done similarly with 10 – 30 persons in MP.
It is very astonishing that on the internet a lot of links are available related to company which show company is working across India and also Ghana, but there is no address of company office, contract Number, emails ID, Responsible person is given which proved that it is a Fraud Company.

We have already initiated criminal proceedings in Bhopal district court against their CEO of the company Dattatray (Rajan) Balighate (din No 03058135) u/s 138 for bouncing os SD cheque for Rs.1000000.00 lakh.
