On 30th April 2023, I purchased a Tata Yodha 1700 from Durga Motors in Goa. I took a loan from Tata Finance for the purchase. However, as of 18th February 2024, I have not received the RTO passing from the dealer. This has caused me significant financial losses. Additionally, I have also suffered emotional distress due to this situation. Please help me.
