Gas delivery too late

My consumer no is 35922.agency :-gauri enterprises.i always get too late service. No responce from distributors. It takes at least 15-20 days to deliver the gas cylinder.is there any one who can guide us what is the turn around time to refill the cylinder as well as to whom we should contact for complain ..
