Bad product and service

I had purchased engagement Diamond ring for my fiancée in April from Bhola Sons Jewellers, Gold Seok, Gurgaon for 26000/- with guarantee cards.

Within 2months I observed that diamonds are moving out and that position is empty, I compliant for the same and after lot of argument they get it repaired with promise that it will never happen. I believe they have bad product and their gold, diamond is also of sub-standard quality.

But again after one month it happens again, sub standard diamond again fall out form ring. They really have bad products and service.

Then after lot of argument at their showroom they paid my money back and kept the ring with them, but that time Gold was appreciated by more than 25% but they didnt pass on to me.. This shows they dont have real business but a fake business to make foll of buyers.

I suggest genuine buyers not to purchase from BHOLA SONS Jewellers, Gold Seok, Gurgaon.
