Yesterday night i.e., 09-02 at around 8.30 P.M., my father bought ear rings (bill no: 15441, time on bill-20:43:10) from KHAZANA JEWELLERY shop at Abids road, Hyderabad.
It was found to be in bad condition and was broken without even using it. Even though there is similar piece in the shop they were not ready to replace it. If this is the condition of Khazana Jewelleries then no one will dare to buy in that shop. The items which are displayed in the shop are not in good condition and the shop members are irresponsible and rude with us when we asked for replacement. Please look into the matter so that the others will not suffer like us.
