Balaji FIncap - Delhi is fraud finance company. They attracting people with low Interest Schem & after few time they are making fool.
My name is XYZ, I had received one SMS on my mobile from Balalji FIncap. after receiving SMS, i have inquired with Balaji Fincap for Personal Loan. As per discussion with their Executive (B.D.Sharma/ Anurag Sharma), I sent documents along with Rs.500 Cheque (Processing Fees). After receieving of document they confirm me that, your loan can be possible and they asked to pay 3000/- as verificatoin charge.
After 15 days, their executive (B.D.Sharma) came to my home for verification & i gave him 3000/- cash as a verification fees. He give me receipts of the same.
After one week they approved my loan xxx amount, and send me one approval letter. as per this letter i have to submit 50K to Balaji Fincap as Court Fees & after receiving Court fees they will do Agreement & will make disburseme of the loan amout to lonee. end of the letter it is mentioned that All charges are refundeable.
After Receiving of letter, i have subimited 50k as a court fees. and they received the same amount. After Receiveing 50k, they try to avoid my calls & every time they were making new rules, which before they have not told me.
After 3-4 months time left loan procedure was not completed. they were making me fool time by time. Then i thought lets check Balaji Fincap people are geniun or not. I offered them 1 lakh for disburse the loan amout, I told them I cam pay amt after disbursement of loan amt. That time they have not confirm me anyting. But after two days, they asked me to pay 1.5 lakh to complete procedure & disburse the loan. I told them i don't pay amt before you disburse loan.
This way i get cheated by Balalji FInacap.
Pl don't deal with Balaji Fincap.
