With reference to the Above, I would like to bring the following discrepancies in the cheque issued to me for a sum of Rs.5630.
My bankers have returned the cheque with an endorsement “INCOMPLETE ACCOUNT NUMBER”. Therefore, I could not able to encash the cheque since my account number is wrongly printed.
PRINTED AS: 508415442 and it should be as 5084145442
I have enclosed herewith all the concerned documents and the original cheque. Also I have enclosed herewith a crossed cheque leaf pertaining to my above account number which is for your information and needful.
I would be very grateful if you could kindly issue me a fresh cheque. The cheque may kindly be sent to my permanent residence address which as below:
