Please refer my mails and help... please revrse amount...

Dear Mr. Doddappaiah,

Thank you for your e-mail informing us that you have not received your copy of the Reader's Digest. There appears to be a slight discrepancy in the address. Your Pin code in our mailing address has been listed as: 560069

Whereas your email mentions it as 560061 This may be the reason for non receipt of copy by you.

We are now noting the correction of your address in our records. However, one or two copies of the magazine would still be posted with earlier Pin code. The reason is that more than 5, 00, 000 people subscribe to the Reader's Digest far more than to any other magazine in India and it takes time to update the records, even though they are on computer. Moreover, magazine wrappers have to be addressed and sorted well in advance in accordance with postal requirements. Thus one or two issues are always in the pipeline at any point of time.

Meanwhile, we are sending you the replacement copy for the issue dated November'10 under certificate of posting and the same shall be delivered to you within 7-10 working days. We request you to kindly bear with us in the interim and confirm us with receipt of the same.

If in future you miss any more copies of the Reader's Digest, please drop us a line referring to this email and mentioning your subscription number, so that we can pursue this further.
