I am a subscriber for chit No. BJT04P-5 for a sum of Rs.10, 00.000.

As intimated I had payed sum of Rs.20, 500 s first installment by way of cheque and second installment for sum of Rs.15, 000 by away of cheque to the jayanagar branch.. Both the cheques are encased by Kapil chit funds. On due investigation I got to know that the above chit for the said amount has not yet commenced and they have encased my cheques into their pocket.

I strongly regret for the damage caused to me.

I hereby call upon to refung my complete amount of Rs.35, 500 along with interest. else have to take legal action on your company.
