I had an insurance policy no.426828877 of Max new life insurance co. which I had surrendered on 06.02.10 at Netaji Subhash place branch, Delhi. Before submitting all the documents I was clearly told by the staff that I don't need to pay the premium due and I'll recd. the refund in next 15 days. Now after over 1 month when I didn't recd. the refund I called to customer care and they told me that it cannot be surrendered without depositing the premium due.
I can't believe that how they can keep such an untrained staff who even don't know about their products and misguide their customers.
I don't know how i'll be able to get my refund and how much time it will take now.
But One thing I would suggest to everyone to not buy any product of this co. as they are very unprofessional.
