I really shocked that BSNL telecommunications company deducting unauthorized charges by automatically subscribing unwanted Bhavisyavani pack (125554005) without customer concern. I have already been complained it lot of times but still they did not unsubscribe this pack. Kindly look in to the matter and resolve it.
