Regarding extremely poor service provided by customer care executives

My Smart Card Num is 200777832022. I have a very complicated issue so please read the e-mail carefully. I recharged my account today morning for Rs 200. After that I called up the customer care to cancel the kids pack. Next I requested to bring my gold pack to bronze pack which is 149 per month inclusive of all taxes. I specially requested that not to touch the Bangla Pack and just alter the base pack of gold to bronze. The customer care executive lady said that "sir since the package has been changed to Bronze pack, and the current packs are Bronze pack with bangla pack free, would you like any other packages to be activated. As i see on your account that you will get another regional pack free for next one month". I said that am happy with the packages on my account and I do not need any other apart from Bronze Pack and the Bangla Pack. She almost forced me and said that since another regional pack would be free on my account why dont you take the Kannada pack. My fault was that I said yes but how would I know that the idiot lady is trying to sell a pack to earn incentives. Really, is this hard core selling your company trademarks? Anyways since it was free I took the Kannada pack alongwith Bronze pack and the free Bangla pack. I asked what my monthly commitment would be and she replied that it would be Rs 149 inclusive of all taxes. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes to it with a trembling voice. I had some doubt so when I came back from office I called customer care once again to ask what are the packages activated on my account and the monthly charges for that. The executive said that with Bronze pack the Kannada pack is free and the Bangla pack is costing me which altogether comes to Rs 182 per month inclusive of all taxes. I was shocked. What was that? I was told that with Bronze pack both the packs were free and I was least interested wit the Kannada pack as I am not from Karnataka but I was forced to take the channel as that lier told me that it was free. How could you people train your executives to lie to customer who are the source of revenue for your company. To be true I lost the faith on your company and to me all the executives are lier s who to meet their targets sells packages to customers telling that its free and then somebody else says that your package is costing you more for the channels that I hate to watch. I am extremely annoyed and I repeat that the executives are trained inappropriately and they have such guts to lie to customers and sell packages to meet their individual targets. Fine. Then I called the customer care just an hour before and repeated the whole story and asked to transfer my call to a team leader. The excutive said he can solve my problem and placed my call on hold. I saw some messages coming to my inbox but since i was on call i didnt bother to see. Guess what! I demanded that to cancel the Kannada Pack anyway and the executive cancelled my Bangla Pack without my knowledge. I saw the messages after the call got over. again i got a message stating that the bangla pack is activated. next message comes in stating that the kannada pack is cancelled. what is going on? what is this non-sense service? dont you train the executives properly. I will be shifting to tata sky shortly because of your stupid service and will write blogs about this in every social site not to take big tv. I hate this service and I had a wonderful experience and thanks for that.
