Dear Sir,
It is to state that I worked with Aviva Life Insurance Company Indiat Limited from 11-Aug to 31-May-10. Further, after leaving the organization, the company has not issued Form-16 (Salary Certificate) and the Tax Deducted at Source Certificate to file Income Tax Returns for FY 10 & AY 11.
When contact their officials several times, they do not seem to be interested in taking pains in releasing my Form-16.
Pls suggest the way forward.
