I am your well wisher. I want to tell you about this company Bloom Software solution. Don't ever join this company, this is a fraud company. First they will take 50000/- from candidate and while taking they will promise to refund the money but they will never do so. They will exploit you like anything and they won't even give the salary .. If you are serious about your future don't join this company ever in your life for any position. Don't compromise, you'll get many more company better than this... Bloom software solutions is just a consultancy which is dependent only on that, And just pretending to be a software company... this consultancy is running only just because of inszoom.com... That motherfucker Shiva (MD of that company) he thinks himself as very smart but that asshole doesn't know that he is an idiot. Take my suggestion don't join any company where you need to pay any money. You'll get trapped, neither you'll be able to leave that company nor you'll able to work and their will lots of work pressure for which they wont even bother to pay...
They will never give any kind of training to the employee, and their is no trainer at all. they will only tell to to learn from google, which in fact u can do at home as well so what's the point in coming to this company... Take your safer side. Be wise before taking any decision...
