I have had the exact same email from Mr. Philip Johnson who claims to be a Human Resourse Div Manager of Grosvenor Kensington Hotel.
It struck me the moment they refrained me from going to the British Immigration or British Council of Interviews for visa purposes.
Fortulately I've found out this is a fruad thanks to this website.
Hope you would take some action to stop this fraudulent act.
