I have worked in LML from March to Dec and they have not given my full payment
There is still arrears

I have worked in LML limited. Kanpur from 20.03.2004
Due to personal reasons and company problems I have resigned on 15.04.2005
There was a due of four months salary at that time
I have wrote a letter to you and based on that they have cleared Rs 13000/- and then after that they have released a cheque of Rs 24000/- by Jan after repeated followup
Still they have to clear a due of Rs 27000/-which was promised by them to pay by end of Jan
Now even after a year they have not paid this amount
When I have enquired about this to HR department they are answering in a negative way
Hard earrned money I am not able to get
I have came all the way from Tamilnadu to Kanpur to work there
Now by help of esteemed Chief Minister only I can get
Moreover they have not settled my PF and super annuation also
Please look into this and I have lot of expenditures at my home
Your excellent Chief Ministership the state is coming to good growth and My family wishes you for a long term association with people of Uttar Pradesh and India
