This is to bring to your kind notice that at the time of settlement of my PF accumulation, you have not paid me full & final amount and assured me that as and when my deducted PF contribution & employer’s contribution will receive by Trust from LML Limited, the same shall be paid to me immediately. Although one and half year has been passed but till date you have not released the balance amount. The details of balance payment is as under:

1. Employee contribution already deducted from - Rs.19170.00

March to 9th Sept. 2006 but not deposited

In my account (@ 12% on salary Rs.8875/- per

month i.e. Rs.1065/- PM – for 18 months)

2. Employer’s contribution not deposited in my - Rs.25560.00

(Earlier my PF Account No. was UP/13833/3644). I shall be highly obliged for your prompt action in the matter. Earlier I have sent a lot of reminders to Trustee, LML Ltd. on e-mail but no action has been taken till date. (copy enclosed)
