Collabera is known for recruiting people but what people do not know is the inside story.. In india, they have their offices in banglore, trivenduram and baroda.. the company is not a good choice at all if you want to make your career.. they would make you work 12-15 hours like dogs and not even pay OT hours.. also there policies are way stupid thn any company in india.. firstly they dont even have an employee policy book or any standard documentation for the same.. they make their own policies and people just work here as they pay good only to recruiters.. support staff people are treated like animals.. they dont give incentives, no overtime and would deduct your salary if you on leave or came late for 5 mins but would make you work 12 hours.. the managers are so lazy and just come to office to warm their chairs and do nothing but frustrate people with their stupidity and unprofessionalism.. HR like priyanshu singh sucks big time.. he is one big fool and i dont think he even knows a little bit of HR.. he would just say bullshit and play with your career..this company has no value for their own employees so how can one expect that they would be professional with their consultants.. all they care about is their margin and how much they make the profit... There is no canteen in their office, no employee engagement activities, no cab services as people work in night shifts and its just that they have policies for their oewn benefits... Also, Chintan Patel is one asshole who doenst know anything of any dept but still acts like one smart manager but all these guys not only domestic HR but everybody makes fake promises and ruin your career... no body is happy working there and people who do would leave the company if this inhuman behaviour goes on.. i hope this awakens the employees to make their career better rather then spoil it...
