The Two wheeler parking in Bangalore City railway station collects excess fare of 5Rs for more than 1 hour.
Parking fare is not printed on the token given during the entry. There is a board on the outside which tells 0-2 hours - 3Rs for scooters/motor cycles
Today at 9.40PM, i entered the railway station parking lot. A token indicating the entry time was hand written by the Parking guy. My exit time was 10.45PM. The parking guy demanded Rs10 telling that after 10PM its 10Rs.
I told him to give the complaint form where i can register a complaint. For which he was a bit taken aback and gave 5 Rs back
The Parking lot Contractor Name is AIAZ AHMED.
Earlier Complaints to Railways through e mail was not responded.
Excess fares are being collected since last two years
