I am a cinsumer of IOC through M/S Hangsha Gas Agency, Guwahati, Assam. It has been a regular feature that my gas refill is delivered after personal pursuation with the agency employees, IOC etc. The situation was improved for one time after discussion with the owner of the agency couple of month ago. But this time though I had booked for refill on 20/10, till date I have not been delivered the same. On enquiry today little while ago, it is told that today they are supplying the refill against booking of 24th. Oct'11. I am fed up of all these. Kindly look into.
