My surgery was done on 02/03/2023 and we had deposited Rs 30000/- at the time of admission. TPA Insurance staff confirmed that once settlement claim received to hospital they will refund the amount within 15 days. Health India Insurance Company has paid the settlement amount to hospital on 21/04/2023 (UTR NO – AXISCN0237303043
Amount – 170077) but still my security deposit is not refunded by hospital. Today I called to TPA department for enquiry of payment but without checked they told me payment still not received to hospital from Company. When I sent them screenshot of payment details they checked and confirmed that payment received but settlement letter not received from company. Also one staff from TPA Insurance Department Ms Darshana Navalu misbehaved with me on phone call while I was enquiring. This is very ridiculous. One of the staff confirmed me on 10/05/2023 that you will get call from TPA staff for bank details and then you will get refund till 13/05/2023 but today Ms Sujata and Mr Sadanand saying that after settlement letter received to hospital then only they refund my amount. Please see your staff behaviour and attitude with patient and take necessary action. Hope you will understand my concern.
