please help me in resolving this 10 years old case..
GE Money (formerly Ge country wide) is taking me for a ride, they are not issuing me the NOC even after 10 years. I had cleared the two wheeler loan fully in the year then on wards i have been asking them to issue noc but they are giving lame excuses, they seem to be unconsiderate, lethargic, non-co-operative people, when i was due to the money they were coming to my house and collecting money, when i go to them they behave in an non-concerned manner. recently i have contacted in person, by phone, email. but all in vain no out come seem to be coming, simply i am wasting money.
The following are extracts of my mails.
i already faxed the RC copy to your fax no.0124-39902026 on 19th july
i also given xerox RC copy to your bangalore office on 16/7/10
pl check at your end
What more u need.
The above matter is very ugent
with deep regret and agony i have to inform the following for your immediate action
1) to day i have contacted your customer care personnel to enquire about non receipt of my noc letter sent by you on 26th july., they said that the noc is not sent because my vehicle no is not updated. i regret to inform you that it is your look out and you have to update the vehicle no. for which i am not responsible.
2) the first flight courier fellow says that the con.no. AWB O 01189364 dated 26/7 is already delivered with recepients sign and seal. i regret to inform that you have given wrong cosn.no which does not belong to me, because i have not received noc sofar.
3) i am again forwarding/sending my rc book pdf copy as an attachment, now please update the vehicle no. KA-O2-Y-7055 AS PER NOC ATTACHED and any such other details as you may need and arrange for immediate NOC at my name and address only thru any other seed post/courier by mentioning my tel.no. on envelop as below
Trust that now you will take speedy action on the above matter without further loss time.
