I am a bonafide consumer of Hindustan Petroleum. My consumer No. is 624836. I am registered with M/S Panwar Gas Agency, Shop No.-10, Sec-14, GDA Mkt, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad (U.P.). The agency has provided four numbers for booking but none of the numbers is made available during the day- the numbers are 0120-2822801/2825032/ 2825451/2895825. Even after booking by chance it is connected, they never give the booking number and advises to connect other number (0120-2828575) which is also not available during the entire day. LPG cylinder is not supplied after booking.
Consumers have been cheated by this agency. No explanation is required about the hardship and harassment faced by the working customer of this agency.
