We waited for the response one fine day the P.S of Mr. Bedi, Miss Purnima Khurana replied back for our mail saying that she will try to settle a meeting with Mr. Sandeep. as currently he is out of station. again the long wait followed with no response I again sent an e-mail for the meeting and finally Mr. Rajan Kapur called us and told us to have a meeting with Miss. Bhawna Puri.we arrived on the day of the meeting just to wait for 3 hours in your office without a clue that she was on leave. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT SIR!!! YOU WAIT FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND THE STAFF DOESN'T EVEN EXTEND THE COURTESY TO INFORM THE STATUS TO THE CUTSOMER.
our patience was taken aback with all this but then we met some customers of yours who advised us to register a legal case against you.as they have themselves done so in the absence of any response.from you. with this, they have finally got a settlement from your advocate Miss. Dipti.
but, I dont want to have a legal case as we should maintain good relationship. so it is suggestable to conduct a meeting with us .otherwise i unwillingly have to file a legal step against you.
