Supply of refill gas cylinde

Dear sir,

My name Mohan, The consumer no.22283 for LPG in my spouse name M.Eswari, under Muthu gas Agency, Chennai 600 042 (Telephone No.044-22592202). We have booked on 21st October'11 for refill supply. But the cylinder is yet to be supplied. My contact residence no. 044-22434205

They inform us that for booking of refill cylinder 1.) I should wait for more than 25 days from the date of the receipt of the previous cylinder 2.) They supply the cylinder only after 30 days from the date of booking of the cylinder for refill so, the purpose of possessing double cylinders is being defeated, I request you to kindly arrange to settle my grievance at the earliest. Even though we have another gas connection in my name which was terminated. Thanking you in anticipation of positive action, pls.
