I had booked Rajdhani tickets in TATKAL quota for 25-10 for 3 passengers, all were on Wait List at the time of booking. Only one ticket got confirmed and as per procedure as it was an E-ticket I had filled the TDR form and submitted on the same day itself. The procedure said that the reply would come anytime before 90 days, so I had to wait till then after which they said that as per their records passengers have travelled on that ticket. Where as I have the boarding pass and ticket of the next day early morning flight to Delhi of one of the passengers which I have also attached to this complaint.

As told to you I have the flight tickets & boarding pass of the next day i.e 26-10.
This is in ref. to your letter. Kindly note that only one seat had been confirmed and the remaining two (2) seats were on WAIT LIST. I had immediately applied for the TDR as per procedure as it was an e-ticket.
Also I have the ticket and boarding pass of Sandhya Salvi who had travelled by flight the next day i.e 26-10.
Kindly request you to look into the matter and reply as early as possible.
Kindly find the attached scan copies of Boarding pass and E-ticket as proof. Kindly request you to look into the matter and send the refund amount immediately to me.
