Sub: Complaint against BMTC Bus driver.

My Car bearing Number KA 41 M845 has been hit on the front – left hand side by a BTS bus bearing Number KA 01 F8983 (Route No. 410) near Magadi Road at 12:30 pm on 18th Oct. The bus was over taking from left hand side of my car. It was purely negligence on the part of driver of your company. The damage comes to around 5000 rupees as it has been got estimated.

I am reporting to you to take further steps against the driver and pay back the loss incurred.
