I have agas connectio no 601295 with poonam gas agency HP GAS.I BOOKED THE CYLINDER ON

05.12.2009.AFTER MAKING CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN.THEY DELIVERED THE CYLENDER ON18.12. SAY 14 DAY AFTER BOOKING . NOW I AGAIN REQUESTED FOR BOOKING ON 31.12.2009.THEY REFUSED TO BOOK AND SAID BOOKING WILL BE DONE AFTER 8.01.2009

AND IN THIS WAY CYLENDER WILL BE AVAILABLE 15 DAYS AFTER THE BOOKING.VERY POOR SERVICE .TIME FOR BOOKING 35 DAYS
