Non releasing of new connection for a long time

Espected sir madam

i inform to you that myself has applied for the new gas connection on june at sidhartha gas agency bikaner

but due to its negligency..they have not provided me to new gas connection yet. Now they are confessing me to receive non subsidy gas connection which is so costly for me as equal comercial connection. so please sir interfare in my matter
