Fraud company who took money for promising to give project

These people asked us to pay 1 lac consultancy fees to give a project worth of 44 lacs. We paid them with their company in the form of DD. after receiving that amount they started asking another 2 lacs, which we paid. We got the project, but after submitting them they told different stories. When we asked the refund they promised to give another project, but delayed for several months from last year July.

Now they are not responding too.
