I have purchased philips headset on 20th april at 8:30 PM at reliance digital at malakpet, hyderabad.. when i opened the pack at home i found that left earphone was not working. the next day (21st of april) i took the headphones to the reliance digital they are really very lazy and made wait for 5 hours and told me to go philips service centre (mahalaksmi electronics). the service engineer came and checked my headset and told me it was a manufacturing defect and told me they will replace the headset and given me so called jobsheet by promising the deliver date as 2nd of may... after 3 or 4 days they called me back to the service centre and told me they cannot replace the headset and they will return back the money. i said ok. they told me that they will call me after 1 week when they receive my money from the company and they took my bill and scanned and given me back. like that... i called many times to the service centre they used to say call u after 2 days after 3 days... some thing like that and like that a month passed...
when i called on may 30th... one guy named ARUN (ph:9848313275) from philips service centre told me to give the bill again... they will start the process now... when i asked him how long would it take he replied me very careless... he said he is the king... and he is only one to do the process... can saomeone help me to reach judgement
