I had given my laptop n 4010 for repair where my warranty was over so i paid money for the same by raising an dd which was again a trouble i have to roam around many banks to get it done near by service centre.anyway they told me that it will be given after three days but after eight days i had called their land line no 04040188285 no body responded. in frustration i went in DSC where they again told me to wait for an hour, they gave the laptop but after two days when i opened my laptop and started it it started blinking and saying that your battery needs replacement this was ridiculous that in one year such a branded laptop company battery drained. i went again then the service centre people said it got over with 300 cycles.
i said god this is really horrible to buy a DELL next time which i had updated in FB to all my friends please do not buy DELL.
