Dear sir,
The service engineer of PCS technology Shri Sujit kumar with cell no 09438176600 has taken mother board of PCS PRODIIGY 945 G-PENTIUM 4 for replacement on 21.9.10 with the assurance that it will be done within 7 days. Till today, no replacement has been done nor anybody comes to this office for any suggestion for the above problem.
The PC was purchased from PCS technology lt. vie Govt. Purchase order No. S.O.NO. 05/07/5462/2/24575 dtd.31.10.2007 which was installed on 15.2.2008 with 3 years. Before the gurrantee period is over, the Mother Board has created problem and with a service call report on 21.9.10, the Mother Board was taken with 1 GB DDR-II RAM, CPU & Cooling Fan.
Now, there is no other alternative but to infrom our concern authority for taking action against PCS technology.
