I just want to highlight the service render by the delivery boy who delivers the courier, we were very happy about the promptness of the service rendered by your Blue dart. But today between 1:20 PM and 2:00 PM, your delivery boy who came to deliver the courier gave the courier to one of staff instead of giving it to the authorized person, it was very confidential and my staff started calling to the number given on the courier to find out to whom that letter belongs to….
It was my Directors number and he picked the phone and asked to inform me and receive the letter. When I went and asked your delivery boy, he did’ nt respond me properly behaved very rude, he just plucked the courier from my hand and rushed, than I have asked my security to call him back and received the letter. He did’ nt even bothers to say a sorry. Please correct your staff, otherwise we will ask all our customers who are sending the letters by blue dart to stop using the service.
