Sir, i am manish . i'll purchase 40kg ashirwad aata on 27 august from vidyadhar nagar, Jaipur store. i'll went reliance fresh and ask the helper to bought 40kg ashirwad aata. he will bought 40kg aata immediately. in this 20kg is fresh (i.e upto date) and 20kg is not fresh (i.e in condition of expiry). when i'll come home i see that 20kg aata is not upto date.so, on 28 august. i'll again went the store and ask for replacement of aata to store manager named yashwant shekhawat. but he didn't replaced without giving any reason and also talking some bad language to me in front of 20 other persons.i'll request you to replace the product as early as possible and give warning to the store manager about his language and tell him to cooperate the customer. because when i told to him about replacement than he tell me that i am not replacing your product and next time you will not come to my store.if i am not get your feedback fast than i'll go to consumer court because in your bill it is clearly determined that things can be changed within 14 days.
