Well I understand that on verification of the original application submitted by me, you have correctly processed the PAN application.
I ask you one question- why I have filled the CSF? Can you understand that for correction of my date of birth in my PAN card I have filled the CSF.I already told you that on original application by mistake it was happened. So for correction of my date of birth I have filled the CSF as told by you and also sent you all supporting docs. You should give importance to the CSF because CSF is for correction only.
Can you tell me on what basis my fresh PAN card issued where the data is exactly same as my previous PAN card. Your answer would be enough for me. Pls.dont try to make me understand anything else or to follow your FUC**** process for any correction.

As told by you I have filled up the CSF and sent it with processing fee Rs.94/- along with supporting documents. But on 19/09/10 I received a fresh PAN card with no change in my date of birth which should be 10/03/1960 instead of 10/03/1976.So I want to know what changes you have made in my fresh PAN card for which I applied in CSF.Without verifying anything why you have send me the same PAN card. Actually the Admit Card issued from Board/University
of that time exact date of birth is not mentioned instead age is written. Date of Birth has to be calculated from that particular Admit card. Is not there any single person at your office who knows how to calcuolate? I think its not my duty to fill up the CSF again. Better to go to Consumer Forum.

Sir, Pls look into the matter. I have been facing a big problem because everywhere PAN card becomes most essential.
Pls arrange me to get the PAN card with my original date of birth as I have followed all the processes told by PAN Department.
