My Ph. No. is 919414826449. i have complaint several times in BSNL customer care . to remove my caleer tune . but till date is no action taken by them, . everytime they commit me that your caller tune willl be removed in next 3 days . and no other charges will be deducted from your balance . but 3 days has not complete till 6 months. PLS HELP ME
