With ref to my complaint No; 10058855 made on 05/10/10, so far no technician has been sent by the Company.

Jaguar sent their technician last week, for such a small part they charged double the mkt rate and despite that the tap is leaking, resulting not only in water wastage but also spoiling our tiles.
