With due respect i want to say that i applied in gyan vihar university in year 2011 for the MBA discipline. Initially they offered me different branches of MBA like HRfinancemarketingITIB.
As per the rule i should choose one branch in second semester. I was interested in IT branch, so i deposited 43000 rs on 12 Aug)(Receipt no. 2504). But after the confirmation of admission they gave me only three branches to choose except IT. They continuously forced me to choose from out of other branches. But i denied.
they gave me two option either to study with other branches or to leave the college. That was a critical situation for me and i had only option to leave the college. And finally i applied for the cancellation of admission and money refund. But they cancelled my admission and refused to refund money. and also they refused to give my original TC and migration of previous university.
As i belong to a middle class family, and i borrowed money to pay my fee. I lost my precious year and career. I got an economic loss of 43000rs. As my financial position is not so well, so my family was totally disturbed.
I want my money back, compensation for mentally disturbance and year lost. A legal action should be taken against the GYAN VIHAR UNIVERSITY.
