I have taken admission in MBA course in Directorate of Distance Education, Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar through submitting my application form and Ist installment of fee to the his study center M.K.M Indian Institute of Management, E-6, RIICO Industrial area, Sitapura, Jaipur, Phone No.141-2236604, Fax No. 0141 771500.Email- [email protected]. Than Study center sanded my application to university without his attestation and forwarding letter. Due to this reason the university considered my admission as direct student and accordingly provided me ER.NO. 05061001101. This ER card issued to me but not mention me that my admission considered for either direct or student of study center.By ER.No. Student can not understand for which type his admission considered. It’s only understandable by university or his study center, for this not his his study center taken action. As according to study center student I have regular submitted my MBA all semester fee to my first opted study center and giving examination through him and taking study material from him. When my MBAII sem result stopped I approached to both study center and university. When study center took lees interest in my matter, I directly approach to university by personally, fax, letters, email etc. than reply received that your fee is due and you are not study center student. Now university demanding from me as direct student MBA-II & IV sem fee with late fee and readmission fee and other fee, around Rs. 14300/- (Fourteen thousand three hundred only) last letter of university to me no.DE-07/07/15587, DATED 02/08/07 for declaration of all sem. results and mark sheets including degree of MBA and many clams making on me. I have also many times written to study center and university both to each other to solve my problem by settlement to each other. But both are standing on each other side. Both each other not considering. Student bearing both. My future going in dark. According to study center they have submitted my MBA-I & III sem .fee as per dealing with university to university and given study center student certificate to university, they can not do more. While before reply from university date 09/12/06, I don’t know that which type of my admission considered. Perhaps study center know by the my ER.No., but he doesn’t taken action after informing them that why my results stopped? And Why my ER.No.so different to other student. But reply is you are unique. For results contact to university, we can not do any thing as we have sanded fee to university as other student.
So which is faulty either University or study center, you know very well. Student making carrier with your university will not take risk by making barrier as above faults told & written by University. So trying by letters . mail, fax, personally etc. telling to university & study center that fulfilling consider each othr and fulfill each other requirements and Declare result & issue DMC of all MBA sem .regular trying to university by date 26/10/06 and study center by the date 13/11/06 and yet regular trying but i have not received my MBA ALL SEMESTER RESULTS AND MARKSHEET.Please help me to provide justice from both university and its study center and save me from the burden of re-demand fee. I will be highly obliging you for fast and best results in this regard.
